Summary
Our annual Calgary Stampede Parade Breakfast & Seating and Seating-Only events were another tremendous success, thanks to the incredible efforts of our volunteers, members, and event partners. From early morning setup through cleanup, everyone worked together to provide guests with an outstanding parade experience. Special thanks to Seating U for the bleachers, SS106 Aperitivo Bar for the delicious breakfast, and Mr. P Potty for the portable facilities. Most importantly, thank you to every volunteer who helped make this signature Rotary fundraiser such a memorable success.
Another Successful Stampede Parade Event Thanks to Our Amazing Volunteers!
Our annual Calgary Stampede Parade Breakfast & Seating event once again proved to be one of the Rotary Club of Calgary West's signature community fundraisers. Thanks to the dedication and teamwork of our members and volunteers, guests enjoyed a memorable Stampede morning in the heart of downtown Calgary while watching one of Canada's most celebrated parades.
In addition to our popular Breakfast & Seating package, we also welcomed many guests who purchased seating-only tickets, giving even more people the opportunity to experience the parade from our comfortable reserved bleachers.
The success of an event of this size depends on months of planning and many helping hands. From organizing ticket sales and coordinating logistics to early morning setup, welcoming guests, serving breakfast, assisting with seating, and completing the post-event cleanup, our volunteers once again demonstrated the Rotary spirit of "Service Above Self."
We would also like to recognize the outstanding support of our event partners. Seating U provided the bleacher seating that gave our guests an excellent view of the parade. SS106 Aperitivo Bar prepared and served a delicious breakfast that received many compliments, while Mr. P Potty supplied the portable washroom facilities that helped ensure a comfortable experience for everyone attending.
Most importantly, thank you to every club member, family member, and volunteer who contributed their time and energy. Whether you worked behind the scenes or directly with our guests, your commitment made the day run smoothly and created a welcoming atmosphere that reflected so well on our club.
Events like this not only raise important funds to support our local and international projects—they also strengthen friendships within our club and showcase the positive impact Rotary has in our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's Stampede Parade event another outstanding success!
